First of all let me give you an update on my research. The original person we talked to was Bob in customer service for Compact Connections. His conversation was very upbeat about the company and the stock.

Unfortunately I'm no longer bullish but now bearish on the stock and here is why:

On Friday I called Compact Connections at 714-757-4678 in Irvine. I said I was a stock holder. I also said that I would like a tour of the facility and to purchase a Music Card. Bob in customer service said that he call me right back with the names of distributors in my area for the Music Card and that someone else would call me back concerning the tour. As of Tuesday at 2:05 pm PST I have not received a phone call back. Yesterday late I became more and more suspect.

Yesterday, I asked 411 for CC address. Information lists the address at 2601 Main Street in Irvine. My sister lives in Irvine so I had her go by to check out the company. Their is no Compact Connections at that address. That address is in the First Fidelity building. My sister asked the property manager if they were in the building and he emphatically said "no....but they used to be and he said he couldn't offer any other information about Compact Connections".

My sister and I both called back Compact Connections and they verified that their CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS are at 16585 Von Carmen, Suite C428, in Irvine. My sister immediately went to this address.

Here is the shocker...it is a MAILBOX, ETC. address. And yes, ...Compact Connections has the C428 Mailbox etc. address.

Compact Connections was phoned back and we got lucky at got a connected to Darrell Pearcy himself (the CEO of CC). He said that their "headquarters are in a high rise in Irvine". "We said you mean the First Fidelity bldg. and he said yes".

Furthermore I called and emailed TSIG for an investment package...I as of yet have not received it.

I questioned Liz Stiles (investor relations for TSIG) at 1-800-365-6968 about various questions about TSIG and Compact Connections. She said she would have someone more knowledgable get back to me. As of yet I have not received a single reply from any of my efforts.

I did talk directly to Mark Kabesh with Vista Quest in NY. He said a press release will be coming concerning the CC website.

The bottom line is this... I want to believe in the company but am now very suspect. I encourage ther SI subscribers to call any of these numbers and see what other information they can get concerning the viability of TSIG and Compact Connections.

I want to be a believer but am now a doubter...and Darrell if you read this I hope you respond and make us all believers!!!

And if you do..... I still want a tour!!!
