Sheldon, I wouldn't worry too much about the mortgage. Trip at NRI gave me the idea that this deal was the greatest thing since slice bread. Forgive my naivette, but he said that NRI would be free to develop Software and XL Vision would take care of the marketing and servicing of NRI's software suite to the Healthcare Industry. The marketing is the big thing here. If it's ever to take off, someone has to dump money into advertising. This deal is a wholesale arrangement. We're just getting out of the retail business in return for higher volume sales. -DL
