Russell: I was watching the tick and ARMS at about 2:50 PM when about 6 million shares quickly came into the market, turned the DJI and then began moving everything with it. However, money was pouring into the advancing issues much of the day.

I am starting to believe we can have a positive market with 50 advances and 2500 declines.
