This is unbelievable!!!! David, I just saw the news on the networks all the senators seem to be outraged at the seeming ineptness of the CIA unless this is some sort of a dis/mis information campaign to fool the public and other 'outraged' nations.Sen.Biden and Sen.Shelby pretty much echoed everyone's sentiments in the senate.What is more amazing though is the news from Sandy Berger that even after 12 hours of the test they had no knowledge of it. This is crazy and quite unbelievable.[why do i get the feeling that the Clinton administration was in on it,hey you never know.] Anyway I just posted this after posting the following to you.Thanks. No you got it right and answered my question. I was trying to figure out whether this could be considered a technical achievement by the Indian scientists. Thanks for the article from 'excite' that was quite revealing as well. It looks as though this CIA is a bit over rated as they couldn't foresee the fall of Communism in the Soviet Union and their satellites and now this!!!!
