Michael: A few observations while perusing the thread. Its amazing how the comments have changed when S3 uses lawyers to sue someone else versus when shareholders sue the company. (Standing on principle is always difficult.) If the patents were really that solid, Cirrus would have filed suit long ago. Until S3 can become profitable the stock price will continue to languish.
