As for the number of shares to be rescinded ..... after careful consideration, I have come up with a total of 14+ million shares. This total would include Huttoe's (supposed 3.4 million), Purvis (2.65 mil), Brooks (2.9 mil), Perkins (1.65 mil), NTS (.9 mil), Word (.9 mil), Iacovelli girls (1.0 mil), Acq. (.5 mil), OTC (% of contract length). There are several other questionable shares issuances which I'd like to see rescinded but most likely they will not. Also, I haven't seen the S-8 files but I believe most said something about "lock up" for a period of time. In the "spirit" of the so called agreements, the SEC may force those shares to be restricted as was intended. With Mr Jackson, I'd like to know the status. Was he issued the shares or not. As far as I know, there is no deal with Celebration City and an "intro" to Disney certainly wouldn't warrant 4+ million shares to be issued to him. Anyone find out who Hank Lee is? These two alone would add another 7 million to the rescind list. Here's wishin' I'm in the neighborhood on this one. Mike P.S. William.... ya got some BIG CAHUNNAS my friend.
