Daniel..One thing I don't understand is there must be a big savings in buying out a shell than having your own IPO but an IPO makes you money and a reverse merger I don't get it any way the bottem line is profit and can people justify a 24$ a share to what the companys net worth is.If people don't see it the price will plumit and you'll be real happy you sold.If it looks like it's going up then buy SellShort
