This hurts, I missed getting in IIA below 50 cents when I liked the stock and bought into this one originally at 75 cents. Smooth!! talked to Don Morrison today. the company is low in funds and the only hope is to consolidate and refinance. they will leave their properties in as some are paid up for awhile yet. They would like to get involved in a hi-tec deal and have an opportunity in mind. With 23 million shares out andno money in the till they don't feel they have any alternative. Don is a good guy and I hope his and our luck changes. Dan Byrne
