Ken, you peruse appropriately. However, I think that the suit was filed with no real intention of it seeing the dark recesses of a courtroom. It's a tap on the shoulder...it's S3 saying they are the "Master of their domain" and that the others are not even "sponge-worthy". I can't remember whether CRUS(not CSUS) actually filed or just threatened, but it got the appropriate response. <Until S3 can become profitable the stock price will continue to languish. (This quarter is going to be particularly ugly.)> A year and 1/2 ago the stock was going up and people were talking it up on the "fundamentals"....the same fundamentals that are in place today.
