Flash, I think we all need to work together on this one. Since you do not know who Verdad is, let's listen and maybe something good will come out of this. Remember I greatly respect your opinions but let's not close Verdad out until proven innocent or guilty.

Subject- TRGC and Common Sense-
My dear friend Flash,
I admire your tenacity. I have reviewed all of your postings from the beginning of your groups investment in TRGC, til the disgusting, sad situation that we are in now. I have seen you defend and promote Sid Sers AND TRGC and I have seen what happens to a man that has been very hurt and feels extremely betrayed for his loyalty and support, when the company was flying high and even when there were "concerns" from various sources.
I have made six trips to Cali Colombia and have seen for myself the wells in question. I may be the ONLY one who has used this forum that has been involved as intimately with the RECENT day to day operations.
I was NOT involved in the original development of the Colombian concession, nor have I had any involvement with the sale of any 144 restricted stock.
The shareholders group that has filed a Reorganization Plan has NO direct connection with Sid Sers. Sid has no input with the Reorganization Plan and when you see the plan, you WILL realize that FACT.
This group of shareholders HAS realized that the ONLY CHANCE to SAVE this company is through SOLIDARITY and DECISIVE, PROMPT ACTION to PROTECT the interests of the shareholders. BOTH groups had better start working TOGETHER VERY QUICKLY or there will NOT be anything to save. I have recently learned that the S.E.C. and the Trustee have decided that TRGC will NOT survive and that THEY are working in concert to that end. I cannot tell you how I learned this, but if you examine their actions over the last sixty days, it speaks for itself.
The reason I have not identified myself is that I could not tell the TRUTH about the Trustee and the SEC, etc., etc., if they know the identity of "Verdad". They know where my wife and I and our three children live and they would be at my door the next day with a subpoena for sure! The Trustee's meter running, mean spirited lawyers would love to harass me and my family, no thank you. When this is all over and you and ALL the TRGC investors have recovered their investments many times over, THEN maybe my wife and I can travel to one of our favorite states, California, and I will buy you and your dinner-maybe on State St.- and maybe we can even be able to look back and laugh at this nightmare that WE ALL SURVIVED! Hopefully we can even be able to laugh at the behavior, the insults etc., hurled at eachother in frustration.
All I have asked from any investor is to WAIT until they SEE the "Common Sense" REORGANIZATION PLAN, the contract between the TRINITY'S, (which will surprise AND please EVERYONE!, even Dennis Headke AND the SEC!). The Trinity Gas Colombia, Arthur Anderson audits for BOTH 1996 & 1997, (that will show how much and where the money was spent), and the "open hole" logs of all four wells. When you combine ALL of these items with the pending "pro TRGC" court actions, I believe you will come to see that I have been telling the TRUTH all along and that I have the PROOF to BACK IT UP!
Flash, whether you believe me or not, does not matter, If it happens that you and all our fellow TRGC investors will be saved from devastating losses. Is that not what we all want?
I am just asking for you and I to put an end to the bickering and finger pointing that is so senseless, time consuming, useless, devisive and frankly boring, and let's take some CONSTRUCTIVE steps toward REHABILITATING this company with a NEW SUCCESSFUL VISION for the FUTURE!
TO SEDAH/SHADES, the gas production that you mentioned in DUVAL County belongs to Trinity Gas Corp. of Oklahoma and is NOT affiliated in any way with TRGC- sorry, I wish we had these wells too.
Flash, YOU AND ANY OTHER SHAREHOLDERS, (INCLUDING THE COMMITTEE & IT'S SUPPORTERS), WHO WOULD LIKE TO STEP FORWARD AND ACTUALLY ACCOMPLISH SOMETHING, CAN TAKE THAT FIRST STEP BY CONTACTING the NEW TRGC SHAREHOLDERS GROUP at the E-Mail or Fax that I will supply hopefully tonight or tomorrow- sorry I don't have it with me now.
They will then contact you with plans of action and HOW we can WORK TOGETHER for our SINGLE FOCUSED GOAL.

P.S. When this is all over, you will be very surprised as to the identity of "VERDAD", hint- you're way off so far Flash.

Please be patient for instant replys, as you can probably imagine I am a very busy person right now, believe me, your thoughts and questions are very helpful and I appreciate them very much.
