SAN MATEO, Calif., May 11 /PRNewswire/ via NewsEdge
Corporation -- Data Broadcasting Corporation (Nasdaq: DBCC),
America's leading provider of market data to individual investors
and traders, today announced an expansion of its marketing
partnership with Wyse Securities, a division of Pyramid
Financial, to provide a private-labeled version of DBC's

Wyse Securities customers to obtain real-time stock quotes,
futures and options data as well as place trades via the

other unique services, an online trading Web site in Chinese.
Wyse Securities also plans to expand its international offering
to Japanese, French and Italian speaking countries, thereby
increasing the global scope of online trading.

"Signal Online is available worldwide, currently servicing
customers in over 40 countries, which fits well with Wyse
Securities' expansion outside the United States," said DBC
President Mark Imperiale.

via the Internet. StockEdge Online provides access to
continuous real-time quotes for all U.S. equity exchanges, while

receive data through their PCs and laptops anywhere via phone
lines or wireless connection. This service increases accessibility
by making it easy for users to readily track portfolios from their
offices, homes or while traveling.

StockEdge Online and Signal Online can connect directly to
Wyse Securities' online trading service, which will enable users
to execute their trades instantly. StockEdge Online and Signal
Online users also will have access to a private Internet site
where they can obtain additional data such as Marketline and
Baseline fundamental reports.
