All, it would appear that the co. has bought back shares in the last week and reduced OS from 53 to 48m shares, according to the CEO's great post here today. . That is what we have been asking them to do. So, let's give them credit for a good move and encourage them to use some cash or the LOC and buy back a few more this week. The float is not 48m, Arif just repeated the OS #, and we should have a correction posted. Hang on Ira has stated on different occasions that shares were NOT issued in the Myriad acquisition. Presumably they paid the $1m in cash. The fact that Arif is attempting to respond to the more sensitive questions and reassure shareholders is another good sign. Ira's away trying to close a deal and find money. Good mission. Since, Ira's out of pocket, he couldn't respond to my questions I sent him yesterday , so I just sent them to Arif. If he responds, I'm certain that the answers will be helpful. Luck to all, Gary
