Reality check: $6 mil in cash at end of quarter $8 mil good will on the balance sheet (an asset worth $0) <$9>mil retained eps December quarter had a cash burn rate of <$5>mil Conclusion: TAVA has to externally finance operations.... needs additional cash immediately... a PPO must be imminent.... stock has been talked higher (no operational performance evident, negative eps surprise <66>%) to float the requisite additional shares.... after a successful PPO, brokers will stop pushing\supporting and stock will have to trade on operational merits (nil to date)... C ya
