The BOP just turned slightly on the upside after being on negative territory since the first week of April. The price today crossed above the 10 day, 25 day and 50 day average lines which are all at the 4 7/8 area. We need some good news to get over the resistance at 5 1/2 5 3/4. That should get the price up to the mid-February high pretty fast and when it crosses last year's high of 10 next stop at 18 area. Wishfull thinking or day dreaming? We have to wait and see. I remain long and waiting. Bernard.
