Was there a leak of the Appeals Court Ruling --- It certainly looks like it. MSFT began a sustained move up at about 3:08PM after spending most of the day in negative territory. However I couldn't find any after hours trading. Tomorrow should be a banner day for MSFT. Back to the 93 range?
