One thing I think you're forgetting Sid is the markets BLD is going after including premium power, remote power and back-up power, all of it off-grid, quite different from ERC. We've been through this before as you know. If you are running a computer centre, you need instant power if you experience a blackout, PEM's can do that, just how long does it take to start up an ERC molten carbonate fuel cell? Can it be left unattended for long periods when it runs so hot? Seems to me that ERC just demo'd a 250kw fuel cell for the first time this week. As I remember, BLD had their's working back in Sept.

BTW, I think the Iceland deal is very interesting and brings to mind another renewable source of energy that can be used to produce hydrogen, geothermal! I believe Iceland is well equipped there.

When I get the chance I will quote from an interesting article in the April 15th Economist, which details the dramatic cost decline in solar electricity, another area in which Sid appears to be off-base. Sid, get your Economist out, I know you read it! smw3 this is for you.

Regards
