I am not the only one?! This week Etrade made over 10 mistakes on the phone. I kept calling to see whether they would give me a diffrent answer, and would you believe it? Each one of them gave me a different answer! One even lied to me! I did not know that he lied to me until a few calls later when someone explained to me differently. He told me my stock was worth *alot* more then it really was. Also I am unable to sell my stock over the internet anymore becuase it is on Vancouver after the merger. This week Etrade has caused me so much stress and aggrevation. Is there something I can do? They told me FALSE information! What happened with the lawsuit? Am I able to join? Did anything happen with it yet? This thread was started in 1996, now 1998 still nothing happening. Please lets get this thing moving, while I have my aggrevation in me. I think lying about my current balance is against the law. Am I right? Also even if he just made a mistake they shouldn't be hiring such foolish workers. Check out the thread AOL sucks! Im sure all together we have over possably, 1 million or more in losses. Ron are you a lawyer? What do you think about this?
