Kennedy Miles received warrants to buy 75,000 shares of ESVS at an exercise price of either 0.10/share or $2.00/share. I wish I could say which price it is, but the registration statement is inconsistent on this! In the summary at the top of the document, it say $2.00. However, in the consulting services agreement with KM, it says 0.10! (The consulting services agreement with RF says $4.00).
Richard Fisher received warrants to buy 50,000 shares of ESVS at an exercise price of $4.00/share.
