Here's my projected (IMHO) share price from all the info we have gathered over the last few days. Using Brads figures Message 4430180 (since he so already went through the calculations), here's what I come up with. Scenerio #1 - With the Morton Downey show. Todays Closing price .33 P/E = 1.88 (.33/.1756 EPS) Without Morton Downy P/E = 4.125 (.33/.08 EPS - Taking out $12.5MM) Assume the Following P/E using 75MM O/S P/E 10 20 30 .1756 $1.75 $3.51 $5.27 .08 $ .80 $1.60 $2.40 Same scenerio using outstanding shares of 48MM .274 $2.75 $5.48 $8.22 .12 $1.20 $2.40 $3.60 Constructive criticism & comments welcome.
