I would recommend that everyone who owns this stock file a complaint with the SEC [http://www.sec.gov/]; as this is not USMC's first attempt at manipulation. Everything that was recently done reeks of fraud: notice that USMC did not mention in their press releases that it was them who required a Letter of Intent from CMC in order to receive the necessary financial documents; not once did USMC disclose that the Letter of Intent had an expiration date; and, when recently queried about how the merger was proceeding [as stated in an earlier post], Paul stated that all was going well. Also, I question where all of the recent volume (without a significant price increase) was coming from. Could someone have been unloading? A complaint is in order.
