Not Exactly News, But... Well... Odd...
I know I've seen the Infoseek ad at www.wired.com before.
But, tonight, for whatever reason, it just struck me as odd.
I mean, heres Wired with it's own highly touted search engine,
HotBot. And here's SEEK advertising there. Viewed one way:
hey, it's a popular site so why shouldn't SEEK be advertising
there? Viewed another way: Yeah, but...
Oh well... And, no, I'm not trying to manufacture some sort
of interesting scenario. Just something I noticed while out
and about sniffing for news...
