What do you expect from a $0.15 stock trading on the OTC-BB?? The last 2 paragraphs of the March 02, 1998 Press Release clearly say it all.
Go ahead and complain to the SEC if you are so inclined, but beware that you may be shooting yourself AND other shareholders in the foot. You do NOT want the SEC involved in a stock that you are in, it is NOT fun. First thing they will do is halt trading for 10 days. After that all conditions of Rule 15c2-11 must be met before Market Makers may put in quotes (required for trading). Rule 15c2-11 requires current AUDITED financials, which the company is still in the process of doing. They issued the press release for the '96 financials, but would need the '97 AND file those with the SEC (which they haven't).

Even if the merger doesn't goes thru, which would be a disappointment this company still makes motorcycles and is not just a dormant shell with nothing going for it.

I'm disappointed that it appears that the California Motorcycle deal has apparently fallen apart, but there are always other deals and/or the possibility of going it solo with enough financing.
