That STHK press release regarding Aberdeen does not look like any big deal to me. The key word for me is "demonstrate" in the line "has received the contract.... to manufacture Startech's PWC system to demonstrate the irreversible destruction ...". They also use the word "Demo" in the headline, implying this is not for an entire project. So they have a contract for a demonstration; that's great, so does CXI.

Note the STHK release also includes the $16 billion overall estimate from the US Army regarding destruction costs. You have to hand it to STHK for putting some excitement into their press releases. Monday's STHK press release did not seem to do much for STHK stock; did it play a role in CXI's pullback this week?
