Now we have something else!
Michael D. Parnell, President and CEO, stated, ''We are pleased with the improvement in our business and will continue to see strong growth going forward. Our patented products will help address the issue of nutrient overloading of soils that the Animal Agricultural Reform Act is targeting regarding animal waste. We also continue to see increased consumer demand for our pet products, specifically the litter and litter additive. Our balance sheet continues to remain strong with $2.67 million in cash and no long-term debt.'' In April, Ammonia Hold, Inc. announced plans to purchase Super Dry industries, a manufacturer of oil and grease absorbents and ''Litter Purrferred'' cat litter. Super Dry had revenues of approximately $1.6 million in 1997. This acquisition should be completed within 30 days and fully integrated into Ammonia Hold's operations by the end of the fourth quarter.
I am going to dig more about Animal Agricultural Reform Act.
