Ok , Checked it out and as I suspected Prudential , being a full service Broker , refuses to deal in penny stocks generally. In their own words "they advise their clients agaisnt investing in penny stocks because they are a riskier investment", AND- "They refrain from dealing with Bulletin Board stocks." This is important because Jims post says that his broker refuses to deal with SCTI suggesting that there is something dirty in particular with SCTI which is inaccurate and unfair. SCTI's clean. Just wanted to clear that up.
