Ian - AMAT's Mirra CMP tool polishes; The On-trak CMP tool cleans. I believe this is true to some extent, but I believe that AMAT also supplies cleaning equipment. Also, I can't see a reason why the polishing segment would grow without a simultaneous growth in cleaning. Clark
