I am totally confused by prior postings respecting short-selling of SLUP . Would someone please give a definitive answer to the question of whether SLUP, an over-the-counter NASDQ Bulletin Stock can be shorted, either here or in Canada. If there are any rules preventing the short selling of SLUP are they SEC Rules, NASDQ, BROKER-DEALER NASD RULES, or self imposed Brokerage House Rules.
