I actually think there is a decent shot at that. Industry sales and inventories really got clobbered last quarter and analysts are well known for over reacting. Point is, if shipments pick up just a little more than expected, prices will firm quite quickly and production will recover quickly. Miracles, no...but the chances for some pleasant surprises look not too bad.
