The month after earnings season can be a slow one. Despite the recent upgrades, the prooof of DD progress SEG included will not come till a couple of months from now. We may see the stock turn up in anticipation of better times, but the better times are still a little down the road. If you believe the fundamentatls will turn later, better to own it now than to try and time it. If you are unsure, and willing to buy as it turns up, better to wait for more evidence.

My own position is that I already own it, and consider that QNTM And SEG will turn up as the year progresses, but DDs have not shaken their erratic/cyclical tag so the market may be on a constant lookout for stumbles. Later this year, after they turn upward would be a good time to reasses the long term
