And I will bet a ton that a whole bunch own MSFT. Of course they are behind it. They don't want anything to happen to the good times. Unfortunately, in the DOJ, things are tried in a court of law, not the court of public opinion. Any other way would be a dangerous precedent. Also if this goes before a court of law with a jury, I think MSFT is in trouble. The first thing that will kick out a potential jurist is if he owns any MSFT stock or a fund that owns it. Since that will eliminate a lot of people with intellegence, I think you will find the jury much more anti large company and much more anti MSFT. The next thing that will kick out a potential jurist is if they have Win95 on their PC at home or work, if they use or own a PC. What are you left with? Anti-Softies and people that have never used a PC. Scary. If this ever goes before that type of jury, rational semi-intelligent Americans will want to puke all over again at the state of justice in this country, or the lack thereof.
