dear threaders, just read my own note <grin.
did some research..others will be more accurate.
seems they have about 17 million shares out there to be traded
then, the kicker
they have options and warrents floating
between the two its an additional 10 million shares out there.
now the warrents are redeemable into common stock at 80% of a three day average bid
so what that means is..they short the stock..it drops
then they buy or convert the warrent with the company and replace the short
its a no lose for the owners of the warrents
now as long it drops no problem.stock cannot ever go up
it is usually a last desparate company choice
the exception is..when they strike gold
suddenly the buying starts the shorts keep shorting
if more buyers ,they overcome the selling of warrents
it appears that the buying overcame the shorters
at 1.oo all bets off and the game really begins
seems tha the maximum conversion for the warrents is from 1 to 1.50 to about two bucks..
so. at that point about 12 million sollars would be received by the company
if we see two bucks and i am not suggesting we will, then we will see a major up move for those of us still left
now for those who studied this more carefully this looks interesting
