Doug, I am holding VSH. I feel they can grow with the
electronics industry over time. I am actually planning
to hold onto the stock for more than 12 months, so I
haven't really thought about the 12 month time frame.

Let's just say if the price does not settle into at least
the mid-30's by then I would be disappointed.

By acquisition, I guess you mean Siliconix. The earlier
post from the guy who works there was disturbing to read,
but that's life in a cut-throat business.
