In a commentary in today's NZZ newspaper, the new guy Estrada gets very low marks. They spoke of him being "incompetent" by any means, saying he got credit (votes) from the rather poor Philipines, of which there are still many, unfortunately, because he comes from slums origins himself. NZZ said while Ramos may be dull, he still did some good things in stabilizing the political climate in the Phillies. I respect NZZ views, so I'm not particularly positive about Estrada, but only time will tell... Thomas
