Gary, Don, Thom and thread...
When I mentioned "conspiracy" a few weeks ago, Tom
told us there was NO conspiracy...or, at least that
an allegation of conspiracy was not what we were after.
I'm no lawyer. But, it seems to me that if you decide
to engage an enemy in a battle "for what's right", you
must use ALL the weapons in your arsenal and give no
quarter until that enemy is vanquished.
I would respectfully request comments from all and an
update from Tom regarding what, if anything, is happening
in court.
