G'morning, Dave - with both our weight, we could singlehandedly [or is it doublehandedly <g>] sink the boat <VBG>. Seriously, you may ve picked the right time. Did you see the Bloomberg snippage? BAY rejecting NT is old news, but the last stmt states that BAY may consider higher bid from others. Of course, it is still hard to tell what Messr House & co have in mind, but I suppose they will ve to carry the fiducuary duties. Best regards, B
