While you are talking to them ask them why they issued this public
press release if they aren't obligated to see that NIAR shareholders
get all that they are entitled to? "finalizing their buyout of North
American Resorts, Inc. means just that doesn't it? That's why people
bought NIAR and IRAE stock isn't it? Or did we purchase the stock under false pretenses? Surely we can believe their own releases and statements can't we?

Florida Gift Basket Announces Acquired Production Rights

ORLANDO, Fla., June 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Florida Gift Basket Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board:FGBC) announced today they have acquired the production rights to several television and movie projects from St. Anthony Entertainment, Inc.
Joey DiFrancesco, CEO of St. Anthony Entertainment, will become CEO.
Mr. DiFrancesco stated, ''We intend to change the name of the Company to International Resorts and Entertainment Group, Inc.'' The new direction of the Company will be the development of vacation club resorts and the production of television and movie projects.
FGBC is in the process of finalizing their buyout of North American Resorts Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board:NIAR), still subject to shareholder approval.
