Thanks Dave for that update on the sequentials and shorts. This strength is not convincing. It will be an interesting test for the 13 RSI model, and perhaps a good chance to add some confirmatory factors in its interpretation.

Charts of the A/D line are quite negative. The A/D line is below the 30 dMA on all three major indexes.
