The premium question refers to the possible difference between the price of the ADR vis-a-vis the price in the local market.

My concern about the derivatives concerns counterparty credit risk, and whether the japanese have adequately reserved for possible defaults. It just seems that we maybe buying into a grab bag of questionable value. COnsidering that the MOF has been totally corrupt , I am concerned that the counterparty credit risk is out there but not reserved against., and that the asian counterparty credit risk here could be real significant
