To all,

I talked to Robert Putnam yesterday. He gave the normal responses
you usually get from IR. For what it's worth, here is a summary
of our conversation:

1. Lanier is in R&D for ~60 days-Robert didn't allude to any
news from this relationship until after the 60 days.

2. He said NCII supports the hardware for Sandisk and several
other companies. Nothing special was mentioned about this
relationship.

3. Regarding the email list from the company; he stated that
news gets sent out first to the news wires, than to the
email list.

4. He expects the earnings report to out ~ end of June. He also
stated that the report would be in line with the previous
two quarters.

5. He mentioned the problem with the previous person who had
control of the company. He said the company has recovered
from that situation and is moving forward.

6. The last item we discussed was any news releases coming out.
He said he expected some positive news coming out within 30
days. He mentioned a couple of times that NCII has done their
part, and are waiting to hear from other companies. I sensed
a strong indication that there is some type of agreement of
some sort with another company, and that when the other
company was ready on their part, that NCII could release news
at that time.

Keep in mind that a company cannot divulge any inside information
or they will put out of business. I understand that some, but not
all companies leak out information prior to news releases. But
that is the exception, not the rule; and those that do leak out
infomation do so on their own, and if caught, will pay the
penalty. Don't get me wrong, I sure would like to know some of
the inside information. The fact that nothing has leaked out is
and indication that NCII is operating in a straight lane.

One last thought, I pulled out the past years historical prices,
and noticed that NCII is basically at the bottom which is 5/64
(.0781 cents). Yes, there are a couple of 3/64 and 1/16, but the
majority if 5/64. Given this fact, this does represent a buying
opportunity with minimal exposure to a loss, with a great upside
potential if news does come out.

I'm not an expert in all stock matters, this past year was both
good and bad for me. When I do see a good potential for me to
make money, I like to share that info with others. Please do your
own research to make your own decisions and to verify my statements.

Good luck,

Ben
