Tippet,

I say back to 93 range within 4 - 5 trading days if nothing else happens.

If nothing else happens, MSFT will be over 100 in the next 4-5 trading days. If DOJ and the state AGs take no action, they have just given MSFT and W98 the cheapest advertising available - free. MSFT has down played W98 for months, so had the trade journals. W98 is poised to surprise on the upside by huge margins. Again, this is if nothing happens.

On the other hand, I am not sure if the street, or individual investors, are reading yesterday's appeals court decision as a total victory for MSFT. Not being an attorney, I am under the impression that the appeal has nothing to do with the DOJ/AG case right now. The W95 consent decree violation was just a dry run by the DOJ. The unknown is still how broad this Thursday's new DOJ case may be, if they do file.
