RSI and Bollinger Bands data

Several people have mentioned the value of tracking these two indicators. Does anyone know of a free site where this data is presented numerically instead of visually?

I agree that one quick look at a graph can tell you a lot (especially with the fluctuating 'envelope' nature of BBands), but you can't run your own analyses on graphs. You need the raw data to crunch, and for any given point in time there has to be:
a stock price
an upper band value
a lower band value
an RSI value

Thanks for any suggestions.
