Bill,
Sounds like what you are stating is that the SEC could
fine/sanction funds from the Carraways and put them back
into the Company's till. In most cases where fraud is
involved, the company is a sham and is being shutdown.
Grabbing what it can and giving back to the shareholders
would be appropriate by the SEC. IMHO, GRNO is not such
a case. Why? Mainly because I've been on site and have
walked through the machinery several times. Both while
it was running and not. Secondly, since this whole
investigation started, BC has worked hard at correcting
past discretions. At least from all current public info
given this is the case.

I would hope that if there are sanctions brought out by the
SEC, they would not be to an extent that would jeopardize
the continued existence of the company.

Regards, Marty
