The Big Questions are... Is XLVision paying $2.9 million for a perpetual exclusive license to sell NRiD products to the healthcare industry? Will NRiD receive full wholesale price from healthcare sales to XL Vision next year? Is XL Vision committed to buying a minimal amount of product next year and any year thereafter? If the answer to the first two questions is "Yes", I would consider this a very positive development for NRiD. If the answer to the third question is "Yes", I would consider this a home run.
