Did I miss something? Cannot find ANY specifics on these deals.

Doug,

The lack of specifics on the 3 acquisitions is phenomenal. I previously noted that, when LU acquired Livingston, it posted a wealth of data about Livingston's financials with the SEC. This allowed for a fair assessment of how much the deal was worth (e.g., how many times sales did LU pay, how much in the way of sale would Livingston bring to the deal, would the deal be accretive or dilutive).

Livingston was privately held, just like AMZN's 3 acquisitions. However, we know nothing about the companies AMZN just acquired.

Incidentally, Level 2 this morning has been showing houses like Schwab and Dean Witter on the sell side at about 91 for some time. Perhaps short selling, but also perhaps Ma and Pa investor figure 90 territory is a good place to exit since AMZN keeps dipping into the 80s.
