FWIW,

I bought 3,000 shares of Vivus this am at 10 3/16 on my cos system.
I then put a sell order for 3,000 shares on selectnet for 10 9/32.
And guess who bought those 3,000 shares?

You guessed it--Pain Webber (And he was at the ask at 10 5/16 making everyone think he was really selling).

So I guess I can assume that PW will buy up shares at this price BEFORE making his upgrade.
