Hi Everyone,
I would like to update corporate status. First and foremost, The shareholders meeting will be on June 19, 1998 at 2:00 PST at the plant in Valencia, Ca. USA. I continue to finish putting together some of the particulars for the meeting.
Next, The numbers for Year end 1997 and 1st Qtr. 1998 should be released within the next few days. Again, I'll post the highlight of the financial data.
The company continues to make and sell the AIR BOX product. Machine #1 continues to operate at an 8 hour shift. Nominal sales continue. We still have problems getting raw materials from the suppliers for the new generation of SDS AIR BOX. So, major sales from the semiconductor industry await the needed delivery schedule. Raw material suppliers' backlog puts management delivery of finish goods in a state of limbo. We must remember that only three companies in North America can supply the SDS film for production.
Throughout the month of April, 1998, management met with over 15 different financier people and/or groups. It appears that we should have a financing agreement done. I'll release the information as soon as the "INK-DRIES". The money raised will apply to operations and sales of the NEW SDS products produced from "BIG-BLUE". The company's industrial engineers put old useless film, which has sat in the warehouse for years, onto "BIG-BLUE". This enabled the engineers to run a number of different production test without expending additional cost for raw material. I'll quote an engineers words:" 'BIG-BLUE", she's a beautiful running machine which will make this company a good bit of cash". Once Raw material arrives, we'll be off an running!!!!
