Folks, This Is What's Going on!

The SEC is trying to procure any illegally obtained money (from fraud, unregistered shares, etc.) from the violating parties and distribute that money back to shareholders who lost money. The SEC may strike a deal with offendors to forgoe or limit criminal fraud prosecution if there is cooperation. This may be there only reason to comply. If they feel they face no real penalties (i.e., jail rape, long term incarceration) they may fight the SEC vigorously. The trouble is that Huttoe might not mind the jail rape and may only get a short sentence or a wrist slap. If you don't like this scenario complain to your Senator or Congressman!

As for the quality of SEXI's alleged telecommunications product, the SEC would not comment.
