BM. IMO, I believe that Bell will need those funds to make some key acquisitions and to buy more shares of CGI. But Not to get control earlier.

If you remember, Bell has the option of buying straight from treasury in order to keep its % of ownership in CGI. Since CGI is likely to acquire in the U.S., they will be paying partly with CGI stocks. So Bell will inject more money to maintain its level in CGI.

You are right. Let's wait and see. Maybe by the end of this summer or this fall, we might see another acquisition.
