I understand your reasoning, Ramsey, but I'm not looking for a short term play. I'm thinking about fundamentals. Last rally was made in the face of cautionary statements by MSFT -- I know you'll say they always say these things but not to the extent they did last time. Review the release prior to earnings and after earnings which so many took to be bullish and compare with previous such statements. There is a very strong liklihood of flat or slowing earnings growth going forward even though MSFT has a lock on its markets.

Might surprise you to know that last thurs I bought calls looking for a relief rally. I sold Mon thinking the oppty had passed. Now with the rise today not making 90 it turns out that I did the right thing as they were May calls.

Some kind of relief rally will certainly ensue whatever action DOJ takes. It's the known vs. the unknown. If I bought puts now I'd just watch them lose value when that happens. I don't want that to happen.
