Dear Jas - from the PRs I ve seen, it seems to be the case. Having said that, in line of your questioning, an offer made and rejected is finished. I think people are more intrigued by the alleged comment that BAY mgt will reconsider the offer [from NT or others] if there is a higher bid. Similar thing happened to ASND 2 months ago. Regarding Fidelity selling, no problem if she has participated in the option play last week. Remember we are heading into expiry this week. If she has already locked in with the cheap shares comes Fri, she can lighten up to maintain the total %age of ownership [if the selling is done by her mutual fund accounts] rgds Bosco
